Why does my dashboard show fewer Rate Connect bookings compared to data from my connectivity provider?

Sometimes when a traveler is redirected from trivago to your website via Rate Connect, the Internet session becomes timed out after a prolonged period of inactivity. Unfortunately, if the user attempts to continue by refreshing their browser, our ability to track and record a booking is lost. 

Therefore, we recommend that you compare bookings recorded by your connectivity provider and adjust the number of bookings displayed on your trivago Hotel Manager dashboard accordingly.
