Here are few reasons as to why we may need to make a name change:
- the hotel is part of a chain (in which case the chain name should appear first)
- a property's category (e.g. hotel or hostel) is incorrectly placed in the name
- a booking site sent us a name update
- a property’s trivago Hotel Manager account has multiple users, and so perhaps a name change was submitted
