When you're logged in to your trivago Hotel Manager account, choose Images from the navigation menu on the left to reach your image library.
- Click on Addnew images
- Upload one or multiple photos at a time from your computer or mobile device
- Assign a room type to photos so that travelers know what your property offers
1 Open trivago.com/hotelmanager in your favorite Internet browser.
2 Click on "Sign in."
3 Enter your email address (the one you used for registering on trivago Hotel Manager).
4 Enter your password and click on "Log in."
5 Choose "Images" from the navigation menu on the left.
6 Click on "Add new images."
7 Read the smart tips first, so that you know the do's and don'ts for creating your image library. Then, click on "Add new images."
8 Go to where you've stored your photos on your computer or portable device, and choose the ones you want to upload to your image library (you can upload more than one at a time).
9 If you upload photos from your computer, click on "Open."
10 Your photos will then be uploaded to your image library. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to approve these before they appear live on your profile.
11 To assign a room type to a photo, click on the arrow at the bottom of it.
12 Then select the type of room it is.
13 To set your profile's main image, click on the arrow at the bottom of the photo you want travelers to see.
14 Select "Set as main image."
15 If you want to delete an image, select it and then click on the arrow.
16 Select "Delete"
17 Confirm this action by clicking on "Yes, delete images."
18 That's it! Now you know the steps. Go ahead and update your image library to help travelers visualize a memorable stay with you.

- We can only accept .jpeg or .jpg photo files
- Photos should be 2,000 pixels in width
- Your image library should have 20 high-quality photos that project rooms and areas of your property in the best light.
