Once you’ve started your annual PRO subscription, and each time it automatically renews thereafter, we’ll send you an email with your invoice to the address you entered while registering your property on trivago Hotel Manager.
If you don’t see an email from us in your inbox at the time of your initial subscription or annual renewal, check your spam folder just in case it ended up there.
You can also download your invoices in pdf format when you’re logged in to your trivago Hotel Manager PRO account:
- Click on Settings at the top right of your screen
- Choose Account Settings from the drop-down menu
- Select Orders from the navigation menu on the left
- Click on View invoices in the Billing information section under the order number
