To help analyse performance and answer any questions you may have, your account manager will hold two consultations with you; once when your campaign starts and again after two months.
Your first consultation
Shortly after you start your Rate Connect campaign, your trivago account manager will contact you over the phone for your first consultation.
The goal of this consultation is to:
- Check the details of your campaign (e.g. budget, markets, analytics)
- Provide tips to help you get the best results
- Answer your remaining questions about Rate Connect
As your Rate Connect campaign runs month after month, it’ll generate more data about user behaviour trends, marketplace competitiveness, and your trivago hotel profile.
Remember: It takes time to optimise your campaign's performance.
Your second consultation
Your account manager will call you again once your Rate Connect campaign has been running for about 60 days.
The goal of your second consultation is to answer your questions, as well as discuss topics that can help improve your performance.
Your account manager may ask about:
- Seasonality in your market
- Unique selling points of your property
- Typical behavior and characteristics of your target customers
