Why does trivago show a different rating score of my hotel to what appears on another booking site?

We aggregate from many sources and use our own scoring system, just as the booking sites you partner with use theirs. That’s why we can’t copy your score from any one individual site. This further allows us to remain impartial and provide travelers with an unbiased rating score of your hotel.

The trivago Rating Index (tRI) is applied to all hotels on trivago, so that the objective of providing a fair comparison of hotels for travelers is achieved.

For more information, please take a look at the trivago Rating Index™ page.
