If there are enough ratings on a particular aspect to generate a score, we'll show it on your hotel profile.
If your hotel profile doesn't show a rating of an aspect, it may be because:
1. There's insufficient data available on it (there must be multiple sources that rate a specific hotel aspect for us to generate a fair rating).
2. There are no available ratings of a particular aspect on a booking site you partner with.
